How to choose a coach?

Your coach must be able to match your language and meet the standards of the contract the two of you agree upon. When choosing a coach, ask questions to see whether the service provider can meet your needs. Additionally, perform a background check whenever appropriate.

Isintu is central to the culture of the Bantu. It is the collective traditions, customs, beliefs, and practices of the Bantu that promotes Ubuntu (order and balance). Isintu not only promotes Ubuntu among family, community, tribe, and nation but also amongst living and deceased ancestors. Isintu can be translated to human race.
